This Legal Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) is a supplementary document to the Love & Mercy Travel Sdn Bhd™ Service Agreement (“Agreement”). By engaging with the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated herein.

This Disclaimer applies to, but is not limited to, the following services:

• Group and individual flight ticket bookings;
• Hotel, house, and apartment rentals (including no-deposit arrangements);
• Event management and MICE services;
• Tour packages and e-ticket sales for attractions and theme parks;
• Transportation and other related travel services.

Liability & Information Accuracy

The Company strives to ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. However, due to the dynamic nature of the travel industry, errors, changes, or omissions may occur. All information is subject to change without prior notice.

Love & Mercy Travel Sdn Bhd acts solely as a booking or travel agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, and other third-party vendors. The Company shall not be held liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failures of such third parties.

Disclaimer of Damages

By using the Company’s website or services, you assume all risks associated with such use, including risks related to online security, data loss, or technical issues.

• Use or inability to use the Company’s services or website;
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in service;
• Loss of data, revenue, profit, or business opportunities.

Customer Acknowledgement

All travel arrangements are subject to price changes, taxes, surcharges, government regulations, and vendor policies imposed after payment or deposit. Customers agree to comply with all third-party terms and conditions.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love & Mercy Travel Sdn Bhd, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal costs arising from your use of the Company’s services or breach of this Disclaimer.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor or Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
